If you cannot remember your password after the first attempt, do not keep entering incorrect password as your IP address will be automatically blocked for at least two months. Simply go to “Client Area, My Account” on the menu, and click on “Lost your Password?” to reset your password. Also ensure you use your username or email address you previously registered with as attempts to log in with a wrong user account or email address will block your IP address immediately.
We have to put these strict security rules in place to prevent hackers from getting into our site – and we are attacked often.
If you are already logged out, you may do one of three things:
- Reset your router and hopefully your ISP allocates a different breakout IP address to you.
- If you have access to the internet via a different service provider, e.g. Rain, Vodacom, etc., connect to the alternative and try then.
